What this course teaches. UX as the layer where products succeed or fail — not decoration: which layer actually failed when a product frustrates (how it looks, how it is organized, what it asks of you, what happens when something goes wrong), who in your own work owns those decisions, and settling design arguments by evidence about users doing tasks instead of taste or seniority.
