What this course teaches. For internal trainers, facilitators, and subject-matter experts who teach others — designing every session from the on-the-job behavior it must change, and cutting whatever does not serve that behavior, coached concept by concept. It starts with the last session you designed, and one plain sentence: what were people supposed to do differently after it?
