What this course teaches — and what it doesn’t. This is a communication-skills coaching course for parents: hearing your child accurately, speaking so they can take it in, and holding boundaries that are firm, fair, and consistent. It is not family therapy, not child psychology, and not a substitute for either — it does not diagnose or label any child, and any situation involving harm to a child belongs immediately with appropriate professional and protective help, outside this course entirely.
