What this course teaches. For working professionals, managers, and anyone who signs, reports, or decides — seeing the ethical dimension of ordinary work early, deciding with clear tests, and acting on it with courage, coached concept by concept. It starts before any framework: with noticing that the routine decision in front of you already has people in it who are not in the room.
