What this course teaches. The working skills of workplace communication, practised one at a time: listening that verifies, questions that surface the real issue, point-first structure, adapting to the audience without changing the truth, difficult messages delivered whole and early, clean refusals, upward briefs, clean handoffs, feedback that changes behaviour, and repairing your own messages when they land wrong — every skill finished by doing the move, on a fresh situation, to a stated standard.
